Terms and Conditions Maeris Paris – minimalistic luxury distilled.

1. Acceptance of Terms By browsing maerisparis.com, adding to cart, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Updates posted here apply immediately; continued use confirms acceptance.

2. Eligibility You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to shop. Accounts must use accurate details.

3. Products & Availability All items limited stock. We may discontinue, change descriptions, images, prices, or specs without notice. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or sustainable fabric batches.

4. Pricing & Taxes Prices in PKR, exclude VAT/GST unless stated. Shopify auto-calculates applicable taxes at checkout.

5. Payment Secure via Shopify Payments: credit/debit cards, COD. COD: full cash payment to courier; refusal cancels order, may block future COD.

6. Order Process

  • Cart addition ≠ reservation.
  • Confirmation email follows payment.
  • We reserve cancellation rights for errors, fraud, or stock issues—full refund if charged.

7. Delivery

  • Free nationwide Pakistan.
  • 4-5 working days from dispatch (excluding Sundays/holidays).
  • Tracking via email/SMS.
  • Delays (force majeure, customs, strikes) not compensable.
  • Risk/loss passes to you on handover. Sign for intact packages; damaged claims require immediate photos to shop@maerisparis.com within 24 hours.

8. Exchange Policy

  • No refunds ever.
  • Exchanges only for size mismatch.
  • Initiate within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Item unused, unwashed, undamaged, original tags intact, in original packaging.
  • Customer arranges/pre-pays return via reliable courier.
  • We inspect upon receipt; approved exchanges dispatched free within 3-5 days. Defective/faulty items (proven manufacturing flaw) qualify for exchange only.

9. Non-Exchangeable Sale, customized, underwear, socks, masks—final sale.

10. Intellectual Property Orange panther logo, “Maeris Paris,” site content, photos © Maeris Paris. No reproduction without written consent.

11. User Conduct No fraudulent orders, bots, or site disruption. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

12. Warranty Disclaimer Products “as is.” No warranties beyond legal minimums. Normal wear excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability To fullest extent permitted, Maeris Paris not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at product purchase price.

14. Indemnity You indemnify us against claims from your breach of Terms.

15. Force Majeure Not liable for delays beyond control (acts of God, war, pandemics, supplier failure).

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction Pakistan law. Exclusive venue: Lahore courts.

17. Severability Invalid provision doesn’t affect others.
